Returns are only accepted for defective items and we cover the return shipping costs. Once you notice a genuine manufacturing fault, you must notify us within 2 days of receiving the items by calling us at (+30) 2310 925999, by sending us an email to [email protected] or by chatting with us via Viber/WhatsApp at (+30) 6987907699 (Quoting your name/company, address, description of the item(s) and photo of the fault). To return your items please send them, in their original condition i.e. unworn, unwashed and with original tags still attached, within 7 days of receiving them. Once we have received your returned items, we will either replace them or issue a refund which can take up to 10 working days to reflect in your account.

We recommend returning the items by registered/insured post. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties. Returns will not be accepted for items which might have been damaged by mishandling, during customization or alteration. 

Returns will not be accepted for items that do not have a genuine manufacturing fault and are returned after the 7 day returns window.
