First-time customers must register before being able to view wholesale prices and prepare their order. You can register by clicking the "REGISTER" button from the dropdown "My Account" menu and by completing the form with your company, contact and login details. Please be advised that you must be a wholesale customer in order to create an account and provide a valid VAT number (if applicable) and company details.
Registered users can log in using their email address and password. Once logged in simply add your selected items into the Shopping List (optional), once you have reviewed your items and you are happy, proceed to your email order to [email protected], your phone order by calling us at (+30) 2310 925999 or your Viber/WhatsApp order at (+30) 6987907699. (Please make sure that you include all your company details, even if you are a registered member, and that you clearly state the items you wish to order Item code + Quantities per size).
In any case, you will be informed about availability, your order total, delivery charges and method of payment. All payments are made via bank transfer/deposit to one of our bank accounts. Please be advised that you must first complete your full payment before we start processing your order.
The minimum order value is 1000€ and you must order at least 10 pieces of each item (in any sizes you wish). Only for shoes, you must order at least 6 pieces of each item (in any sizes you wish).

Do you sell wholesale only?
Yes, our garments are available only to wholesale customers.
How do I view the wholesale prices?
To view our wholesale prices you must first create an account on our website. Once you log in to your account you will be able to see all the prices.
Where are your garments made?
Our garments are made in Greece. We work exclusively with Greek fashion designers & manufacturers.
How do you price your products?
We keep the original manufacturer's wholesale price intact! We do not add any profit margin! Lucky you!
What brand is written on the tags of your garments?
Each garment comes with the original manufacturer's tags.
How often do you receive new deliveries?
We receive new deliveries very often. Please check the website as often as you can and sign up to our newsletter for regular updates.
How do I sign up to the newsletter?
When you create an account you automatically subscribe to our newsletter.
Do you ship to my country?
Absolutely! We have customers from all over the world.

Can I buy samples?
Unfortunately we do not sell samples. The minimum order value is 1000€ and you must order at least 10 pieces of each item (in any sizes you wish). Only for shoes, you must order at least 6 pieces of each item (in any sizes you wish).
How do I return my items?
Returns are only accepted for defective items. In such a case, we must be notified within 2 days of receiving the items. Items must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving delivery in their original condition. Once received we will either replace them or issue a refund. We ship worldwide.
As per International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports, all orders are shipped out of Thessaloniki, Greece, with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in Euro.
Shipping to European Countries: Invoices include VAT (Value Added Tax). Payments are in Euro.
Shipping to the Rest of the World: Invoices do not include VAT (Value Added Tax) and do not include import fees which must be paid upon delivery. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Payments are in Euro.
Order tracking is available for all orders. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been dispatched and the tracking number. Please note that, after you complete the full payment of your order, we aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible. It all depends on the availability & production process of your products (For which you will be informed while making your order). We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Returns are only accepted for defective items and we cover the return shipping costs. Once you notice a genuine manufacturing fault, you must notify us within 2 days of receiving the items by sending us an email to [email protected], by calling us at (+30) 2310 925999 (Mon-Sat 10:00-18:00 EET UTC+2), by chatting with us via Viber/WhatsApp at (+30) 6987907699 or by simply dropping us a message via our contact form or to any of our social media profiles (Quoting your name/company, address, description of the item(s) and photo of the fault). To return your items please send them, in their original condition i.e. unworn, unwashed and with original tags still attached, within 7 days of receiving them. Once we have received your returned items, we will either replace them or issue a refund which can take up to 10 working days to reflect in your account.
You must return the items using the same shipping method (Courier) that you received them. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties. Returns will not be accepted for items which might have been damaged by mishandling, during customization or alteration.
Returns will not be accepted for items that do not have a genuine manufacturing fault and are returned after the 7 day returns window.

Use the following instructions to properly measure your size:
Chest: Measure your chest with a tape measure passing it under armpits and the broadest part of chest.
Waist: With a tape measure (even with a belt) you can find out your size by measuring from the middle of the buckle to the third hole.
Hips: Measure round your hips (about 20 cm from your waist).
